(1)Pre sales service
We provide pre-sales services for your company,including consulting services,process testing,equipment selection,etc.for your engineering and technical personnel,user departments,supply departments,and other personnel on roller pressing equipment.
(2)In sales services
After signing the contract with our company,we are responsible for strictly designing,3D reviewing,and manufacturing equipment in accordance with the technical specifications and terms of the contract.We are also responsible for installation and debugging on your site,as well as training your operators and maintenance personnel.The training content includes rolling principle,equipment structure,equipment maintenance,safety protection,operating procedures,and simple troubleshooting.
(3)After sales service
1.From the date of purchase,the equipment will receive lifelong free software maintenance and upgrades,and cost fees will be charged after the warranty period;
2.When the equipment arrives at your site,our after-sales service personnel will accompany you to carry out equipment installation and debugging;
3.Provide systematic training on the entire equipment to ensure that your operators have a comprehensive understanding of the equipment,as well as basic operations and daily maintenance;
4.Free one-year warranty from the date of acceptance.Equipment malfunctions caused by abnormal factors such as equipment relocation,human factors,and external force majeure are not covered by the warranty.The equipment will be responsible for lifelong maintenance after one year.
If there is a problem with the equipment and you cannot solve it,you can call our 24-hour service hotline 18902690239.If the problem cannot be solved by phone,we will arrive at the equipment site within 24 hours or 48 hours outside the province after receiving your call or written remote notification,and promptly eliminate the problem to ensure the normal operation of your equipment.Our after-sales service guarantee:
